Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is shipped — message us with your order number.
• Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Size exchange (7 days)

• Wrong size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery — we arrange a reverse pickup.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Replacement ships once the original passes a quality check.

Refunds

• Damaged, defective or wrong item delivered: full refund or replacement, your choice — share unboxing photos within 48 hours.
• Approved refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days; COD refunds are made by UPI/bank transfer.
• Sale items are eligible for size exchange but not refund, unless damaged or incorrect.
